These Terms of Sale explain how purchases work on frosel. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
frosel creates and provides the digital products on this site. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your order: it handles payment, billing, sales tax / VAT and your receipt, and its own terms and refund policy also apply to the purchase.

All products are digital files (PDF guides and workbooks) — such as the Looksmax guide and the Wellness workbooks. Each product's main features and price are shown on its product page. Products are licensed for your personal use only.
Prices are shown on each product page (in US dollars unless stated otherwise). Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your location, and your receipt / invoice is issued by Lemon Squeezy.
Payment is made securely through Lemon Squeezy. Once your payment is approved, a download link is sent to the email address you provide — usually within seconds. Delivery is digital and instant; there is no physical shipping.
Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, once you download or access a product the purchase generally cannot be cancelled or refunded. Where a refund does apply, it is handled under Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
You may use the products for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute or resell them. See our Terms of Use.
